 Each wedding is unique. From intimate ceremonies to larger celebrations, all services are designed with one goal in mind: a flawless execution on your wedding day. Explore the most popular packages below or contact us to create a custom package.

  • Mini Coordination Package

    $850+

    Don’t let your budget prevent you from getting help! Ideal for the couple who needs just a bit of assistance on their big day. This package includes one coordinator for four hours; additional hours can be added on and an assistant may be required based on guest count.

  • Full Coordination Package

    $1,675+

    This package allows for a lead coordinator present for up to eight hours the day of your wedding, making sure everything runs smoothly. An assistant may be required based on guest count.

  • Elopement

    $700

    We plan and execute your elopement; you won’t have to worry about a thing! This package includes planning, design and production of the event. We are available to officiate to maintain intimacy. 6 person maximum, excluding vendors.

  • Mini-Wedding Package

    $2,225

    Just like the elopement package, we handle all planning and execution and you sit back and relax! This package has a 30 person maximum, including the couple. It also includes the mini coordination package for event management which can be upgraded to the full coordination package at a discounted rate.

  • Partial Planning and Full Planning

    Pricing varies based on items needed:

    Starting at $2,350

    For those who also like to plan—you and the team will decide what parts of your wedding they can help you with and go from there. For those who want to let someone else execute their vision—we can handle the entire event; from venue selection to post-reception transportation and everything in between!

  • Preparation & Disassembly

    The team will set up provided decor and pack it all up when the party is finished.

  • Snack Cart

    $600 / 8 hours

    A charming and convenient way to delight your guests with an assortment of gourmet treats, perfect for any event.

  • 360 Photobooth

    $500 / 4 hours

    A video booth featuring a camera on a long metal arm that rotates around a platform where guests stand, pose, or dance. So much fun and so memorable!

  • A La Carte Menu

    -Assistant (can be utilized prior to the event or day-of): $240 for 3 hours of service, additional hours available at $50/hour

    **Please note that an assistant does not serve as an event coordinator and will not manage an event. An assistant is available to help with things such as event set up or breakdown, errands, etc. and an assistant may be required based on the size of the event.

    Planning for additional events, such as welcome party, rehearsal dinner, Sunday brunch, honeymoon etc.

    -Travel Fees: No travel fees within the greater Tucson area. For locations outside of Tucson, travel and lodging expenses will be added to package price.

    -DIY Projects: Let’s talk about it! We are willing to discuss cost on a project by project basis and potentially include it at no charge, if a package is purchased.

    -Custom Built Items: We offer custom built archways—cost varies based on style and intricacy. We also build donut boards, flower walls, seating charts, welcome signs, design invitations, flower girl baskets, etc. Send us your inspiration and let’s chat about it!
